Welcome to WhiteOut Cup! (WOC)
❄ This Tournament will be a osu! Standard, ScoreV2, 2v2 Teams of 3 tournament hosted by Dial.
❄ The tournament will be double elimination.
❄ You must make your discord nickname your osu username.

❄ To register for this tournament you will have to click on the team registration link and sign up.
❄ To become a free agent you will have to follow the following format laid in #free-agents
❄ To make team changes you will have to follow the following format laid in #team-change
❄ Please only register if you will have free time during the tournament.
❄ More Information will be in the Document Rules and posted in the Discord Server.

❄ All Players in the team must be in the given rank range at the time registration closes, there will not be a rank buffer.
❄ Every participant must be in the Discord and remain in there until there team gets knocked out, if any of your teammates aren't in the server you'll be automatically disqualified.
❄ No cheating/multi-accounting. We reserve the right to deny registration from suspicious accounts.
❄ If any player is restricted during the course of the tournament, the team will be disqualified.
❄ The host/admins reserve the right to notify and report any suspicious player behavior to osu! Staff, and disqualify any teams due to suspicious activities.
❄ The host/admins reserve the right to disqualify any player whose conduct has violated the Discord or Twitch TOS
❄ All matches will be scheduled in UTC +0 (Universal Time Coordinate) If you don't know your time zone with utc click here.
❄ All WhiteOut Staff are ineligible to participate in the tournament except for streamers & commentators.
Where rules are prevailed, common sense shall. Staff has explicit discretion to apply their judgement on issues as they see fit.

❄ Qualifiers will be played to determine who qualifies (Top 64) as well as team seeding.
❄ Every team MUST have 2 players present during their qualifier session to be eligible. If you have a 3rd player in your team, they are able to sub in for the map they're playing for.
❄ Set times for qualifier lobbies will be shown on Mainsheet. Each team may only register for one lobby.
❄ If you end up missing your lobby, you may reschedule for a different lobby as long as there is space.
❄ If your team cannot meet at any of the scheduled times, set a custom lobby, there will be a format laid in #reschedule however, this won't be guaranteed based on schedules of referees.
❄ Qualifier scoring system would be percentile-based.
