just wondering is its allowed or not I saw a video that showed the skin and it does make ez easier by like animations like the circles lights up in an order then you follow that order and the video in unlisted and I dont remember how I found the video so yeah im just wondering if its allowed

Sounds kinda sketch to me lol, maybe there was a reason why the video was delisted. That's potentially breaking the second osu! rule about having an unfair advantage over other players. There have been bannable(?) skinning things in the past like taiko-mania skins and such, so when you're trying to cheese the game with skinning, I'd be careful. To be honest, as an EZ player, that A) sounds like it won't help you in the long run, and B) takes a alot of the fun out playing EZ.

I know this isn't the answer to the question you asked, but you're better of just using a simplistic skin, you could have a look at the skin sections of My guide lol if you need help in that area of EZ
