I suggest you explore Distance Snapping (Press Y to toggle on and off) in the Beatmap Editor as it is an absolute gem when creating Easy and Normal diffs. Why?
- It is super easy to use
- It keeps the distance-spacing-time consistently throughout the map.
- Better readability for new players. Many players will not know when to click on objects. Using Distance Snapping will ensure the circle and rhythm be apparent and obvious enough for them.
Here are some settings recommended for each difficulty:
Easy: AR - 5 or less, OD/HP - between 1-3, CS - 4 or lower
Normal: AR - 4 to 6, OD/HP - between 3-5, CS - 5 or lower
Hard: AR - 7-9.3, OD - 5-7, HP - 4-6, CS - 6 or lower
Insane: AR - 7-9.3, OD - 7-9, HP - 5-8, CS - 7 or lower
Expert: AR - 8 or higher, OD - 8 or higher, HP - 5 or higher, CS - 7 or lower"
Note: to start off, I recommend you analyze some of your favourite maps and see how they design their maps. Analyze their slider patterns, spacings, rhythm, circles, everything. You could also check out

Also, this is the wrong forum to post your questions. Regardless, best of luck <3
