Whats going on with map maximum filesize? Im working on the map rioght now, and i already upload it on the site. Today im trying to upload the same map without changes and see that.. Why maximum size decreased?

You probably added video or extremely large background. Try reducing the quality whatever is the case. Should work

Edit: Looks like in your case it's probably some storyboard element that is very large in size.
