Screen resolution

Hello everyone!

I have a little problem. The video in my beatmap is too big and i don't know where i could change screen resolution of beatmap.

To change your screen resolution, go to the options menu (title screen -> options)
To change the resolution of your video and make it smaller, I recommend you follow this guide t/96003

Yes that is where you can change screen resolution. If you want to change circle size, go to the editor, press song setup, go to the difficulty tab, and change the circle size

Doesn't he just mean that his video is too big in the background? Like the video is going out of borders where it shouldn't ?

The editor always scales videos to the vertical width of your editor screen, so your screen will be filled with teh video regardless of your current resolution. In addition there is no letterboxing to make sure your video stays in frame (You can always support feature requests like this p/2114832). The only partial fix to your problem is change osu! to the same ratio as your video, so probably a 16:9 resolution (As stated earlier, the editor does not care about the resolution of your video, it will be resized for your screen)
