Every time I want to play my OSU volume goes down and when I scroll up to bring back the volume it goes automatically down... Also when I type in chat it automatically erases... HELP!?

Well, the game is most certainly reading a down input, since that both lowers volume and "deletes" chat messages (technically, it just scrolls them into a kind of cache).
If it's not physically stuck, there's got to be another cause. Has this always happened or just recently? If recently, did you install any new software? Did you restart osu!/your PC? Do you have any related issues in other games? osu! settings, operating system, any info might help.
I personally can't really help you because I don't have a clue why this could happen, but I'm sure someone in Tech Support will figure something out.
