Just like how tablet players get to play with different vertical and horizontal sensitivity by changing area, this feature is aimed at mouse players. This is to make it so mouse players will have more customization to fit their preferences.
A toggle checkbox to lock the two sensitivities (to make both sensitivities the exact same) should be added to lessen the confusion.
