Reasons why you can only vote when you enter:
1. We want as much as participants as we can get.
2. Participants can ask their osu! friends to vote for themselfes and if there's a participant with 50+ friends, he/she would prolly win. That would be unfair imo. Plus me and Mara would get shit-ton of votes.
If you dont't like my rules, make your own competition thread. Nobody asked me to this competition, I did it on my own because I thought it would be cool.

Allright people, avatar submission has ended and voting has now started! Here's a reminder how to vote:
Send a PM to both me and Mara telling who you voted for. You give out 3 points to your favourite avatar, 2 points to your second favourite and 1 point to your third. Here's an example:
3 points - EXAMPLEGUYA (owner of the avatar)
2 points - EXAMPLEGUYB
1 points - EXAMPLEGUYC
And the winner is who has the most points. Voting ends Friday July 5th 15:00 PM GMT +3.
