Usually when I play Osu! windowd mode (Single Player either Multi Player) and there is a pop-up in the back ground my game freezes/spikes, just like FPS drops but as far as I checked it didn't happen because of the FPS drops (FPS remain the same when it happens).
I have tried with alot of people to fix this problem, but it seems that none managed to fix it, as far as I went thro fixes I got those method of fixing :
1.Change from DirectX to OpenGL, which didn't work.
2.Change it back to DirectX and try new FPS limiters, which didn't work since its not the FPS problem.
3.Osu!me for bugs/updates, which didn't work.
4.Check for driver updates, they were all up to date.
5.Change the windows graphics to best preformence (aka changing it to windows 98 theme), which didn't work.
P.S. - It started after I went from fullscreen to windowd mode, never happend when I was playing fullscreen.
