depends on the usage and how one manages it

1. someone could be wealthy enough and spend it on good things (such as donating perhaps?) while not overspending it and not boasting it too much (boasting about your hardwork is fine; but not to the extent it made people look down of their selves)
-this is very good

2. someone could be wealthy enough, but mainly spending it on whatever they like, but they are still cool enough to hang out with you
- this is neutral enough (good)

3. someone could be wealthy enough, but mainly using it to boost their ego and spend it on bad stuff and less of the good one, and most people don't like you that much (this is when you know that you're doing kinda bad)
- this is bad

depends how and at what point in their life they got the wealth tbh.

Depends, if it's product of hard honest work (quite difficult nowadays, but doable) I am pretty sure that it would not make the person much worse, especially if that person is rich but not excessively.

If it's something sudden like the big prize of a lottery game or being inherited, it's really common for the person to be involved in conflicts with family, friends, as well as acquiring bad habits like excessive spending as the person isn't accustomed to have that much money in their hands.

And the third case, which is of a person born rich, the excessive spending is present as the person hasn't experienced what is like not having money to sustain oneself, they are usually considered "spoiled" children, so, they aren't turned "worse" but they have been like that all their life.

Of course this is a general statement, each individual case of course is different.

Here's my take on it:

If you have the wealth (saving, investing in some things you support, retirement, etc.), then depending on your philosophical and personal beliefs, put that money into what you believe to be a good cause (or for me, an item useful for my life or my career). Don't spend it on anything that's useless to your life.

For me, whenever I received any money, I gave 10% of that to a charitable cause in my book, whether it'd be supporting a family member in need, or supporting an organization that provides human services whereas others won't do so (in fact, they'll destroy and ruin their lives). While I may have bought a few items myself, it didn't stop me from using most of that to pay for necessities. Focus on those first, and whatever you have left, save some of it, and spend some (For items or services that are useful for your life).

Again, that's my take on it. It comes form personal experience.

nothing wealth just brings the true personality of a person

Generally speaking though, wealth means more resource, more power to make things happen. Using such resource or power to what deed is completely dependent on the morality of such persons

So… consider wealth as amplifier that make everything bigger.

But if someone is born in richer families, they do tend to be decent person thanks to elite-level education

I feel like wealth make people feel better about themselves and sometime that’s not always a good thing
abraker
wealth allows a person to face less consequences, so there is that

I will invest in a house and then tuck the money away so ShitRun doesn’t come crawling to me after obtaining success.
