[Proposal] Leading/trailing spaces between special unicode characters

Really minor suggestion but I was looking through qualified/ranked maps that use asterisks for the ★ ☆ ⚝ ✪
etc. characters and noticed that they're pretty inconsistent with leading/trailing spaces after the asterisks

This & this vs. this & this, second two have spaces but first two don't

I have no clue if these inconsistencies are result of people not catching them in qualified but it may be nice to add something to the little rule about unicode characters so they're all romanised consistently either with/without the spaces.

I'd rather disallow the spaces so the word -> special character is romanised 1:1

these fall under this guideline, they r all supposed to be spaced imo

"Single symbols should be romanised so that they have leading and trailing spaces, unless the symbol itself does not commonly require spaces in English. This may be ignored if the artist purposefully uses special characters that ignore their common usages."

idk what sort of special characters normally dont use spaces, but in some cases it looks odd stringing together 2 words with a special character when there are also other words in the title. (like Junpaku*study time)
