I want to have the scoreboard where the key overlay is (so on the right) and vice-versa but I'm not sure how to do it. I also saw a cookiezi skin that had acc % at the top middle and I rly liked that. How should I get started?

How do I change the position of things such as the scoreboard or switch them with others?

Unfortunately, it's not possible to switch the scoreboard (neither does the key overlay) location, fwiw.
For placing the accuracy bar/number on the middle,
Extract this into the skin folder: (https://wowcake.s-ul.eu/75QQT5Rv) and then delete a file called "score-percent@2x.png" and you should be good to go.
