Overall the structure is nicely done. I got surprised by some patterns compared to the song itself. I don't really recommend the storyboard by the way, but that's up to you to decide !
Also, I found the beginning of the chart a bit overmapped compared to the kiai. Their density are equal in the chart, but not in the song. It starts calm then intense, you might want to revise that a little bit !
A little question though, is there a strong enough reason behind the break ?
00:10:999 (19,20,21,22,23) - As you've mapped the beginning to the pitch of the piano, I recommend d kkk k instead (d k k k works too). 19 is the lowest note in terms of pitch, and 20-22 also map to a very high pitch.
00:49:666 (60,61,62,63,64,65,66,67,68,69,70,71,72,73,74) - I find it a little bit long, maybe shorten it a bit ?
00:59:333 (16,17,18,19) - I find it a little bit off-sounding. I might need no change but change it to d d d d ?
01:02:666 (34,35,36,37,38,39,40,41,42,43,44,45,46,47,48,49,50) - A bit dense and risky, but song-fitting. However I'd have to say something about the kats, a bit off imo.
01:07:999 (1,2,3,4) - 2 is misplaced here, move it to 01:08:249 - ! It will fit it (the song) better.
01:46:999 (37,38,39,40,41,42,43,44) - That pattern fits more an Oni diff, honestly.

01:10:333 (108,109,110) - This 1/4 is a little bit too much here, there's no 1/4 in the song.
01:50:166 (4,5,6,7) - You may keep that one, but it would be better to change to 1/4.
The mapset overall has a nice structure, but it wouldn't be a problem to cut out some notes that are overmapping. Nice job as always, Inabaka !
