[Archived] Some Beatmap Panels are Transparent?

I'm very confused at this. Some of the beatmap panels are transparent, some are not. I'm not sure if the panels were intended to be transparent or not.

To be honest, I'd be very grateful if they were all transparent. It would look nice.

Confirming that, first panel (or at least - the first selected diff in mapset) is being not transparent. http://db.tt/AwQl73cU

I see it there too, it's just the map background is too dull to notice extremely well. I wonder if this was meant to be a feature for seeing the background easier while selecting, or maybe an accident? I'm don't know.
