Im new to osu and usually after a song My accuracy would either go up or down. My PP would also change sometimes, but now nothing is changing after lots of songs. I even played multiplayer with my friend I did better than him at most of them but he kept gaining PP and i didn't.

You need to get in the top 600 ranks to get a big change to your pp and whatnot.
Your friend probably never played the song before, so got some pp out of the song, while your rank really didn't improve and you got nothing more out of it.

Keep playing it will change at the time ^^
That's what you get for being bad.
Play harder songs. Be you get into top 600 or not, you won't get any pp if the song is very easy comparing to your rank.
You can try playing Normal diff. It should give you much pp.

I wouldn't worry about pp and accuracy as a new player. Just focus on improving and you'll earn pp naturally (but slowly) with experience.
