  1. maybe, you should add a new timing point on 00:20:083 ~ 00:24:447. bpm is changing clearly. why didnt mind it? anyway, please consult with RLC. see below for example.
    00:20:083 - bpm : 206.000
    00:21:248 - bpm : 204.000
  2. 00:52:401 - shouldnt ignore this tomdrum sound imo. basically you have followed the drum sound on this part 00:51:719 ~ 00:53:628
  3. 01:11:219 (1) - maybe, delete this one. k fits "ki" sound indeed. but plays weird for some reason(maybe Himeringo's skill as a singer?lol). it would get good balance with 01:19:947
  4. 01:26:765 (2) - 01:27:310 (2) - i dont think these are working well.
  5. 01:38:219 - add a notes? the same as 00:52:401
  6. 02:06:174 (1,2,1) - triplet sounds weird to me. so 02:05:901 - add a d , 02:06:174 (2) - change to a K? like 02:08:083 (1,1) -

  2. 01:11:219 ~ 01:13:538 - i think that you shouldnt follow the vocal. although i think its so rude, Himeringo's the sense of rhythm is pretty bad. it will absolutely confuse players. 01:15:719 ~ 01:19:810 - these patterns are ok.
  3. 01:39:719 (1) - finisher? same as 00:53:901 (1) - ignore me if this is an intentional.
i couldnt find any issue. also, position of BG is incorrect. feel free to call me when you checking!

thanks! updated timing on all diffs:

I used 206BPM for the first point as you suggested, but 208BPM for the second, so that 00:22:401 - lines up with the hat in the music (which is probably a better indicator of timing than the off-time melody)

02:49:810 (1) - I would personally remove this note according to this kind of bpm. A note appears after the spinner so quickly and this Normal is really difficult if you ask me so giving a time to players to rest their hands a bit and hit a note again would be much better.

Nyquill's Hard
00:41:356 (3,4,5) - this overlap could be adjusted to make it look cleaner.
00:53:901 (1) - to 01:11:219 (3) - no hitsound? because it's weird that it has only a normal hit on 01:06:719 (4) - and the similar part started on 01:39:719 (1) - has hitsounds
02:10:265 (1) - finish start would do a great job as similar to 02:08:356 (1) -

Somehow if you still want to keep circles instead of sliders, using lower spacings on 02:40:810 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - please or add clap on every circles similar to Insane one to indicate that you are following snare. The current soft hitsound with whistle is really bland and doesn't give feedback enough to me that's why I get confused

02:07:946 (x) - can you add a note here please? I guess you want to hold it with some kind of a longer gap between 02:07:810 (7,1) - but there is a dominant vocal on 02:07:946 which I am always tempted to hit it but it doesn't appear.
02:08:083 (1) - this is a slow slider and this is a faster slider 02:08:629 (3) -
I guess it would be easier to read with the different combo set so adding NC on 02:08:492 (2) - would be perfectly great to me.

cheesiest's Insane -> Expert -> Skystar's Extra -> winber1's Extreme
Alternatively, you could come up with some dumb diffname for winber's diff like "Hell" or whatever

Added at 00:53:901 and 01:39:719 - x0,90, since I feel like x1,00 is too fast in these parts.
01:11:356 - Added one more x1.00 so barline appears right.
