my mind just flies away when i'm playing 4k and this is kinda fucking up me a lot, is incredibly annoying and frustrating
I'd change my food and detox. I don't consume anything in the US that has wheat, dairy and any refined sugar (cane, beat, aspertame, etc.). You could find decent substitutes (like corn or rice in place of wheat in moderation, or almond or quinoa (keen-wah) for wheat. For diary alternatives, I'd do almond or coconut milk, and for sweeteners, I use honey, agave, and sometimes maple syrup (it's rare that I use maple syrup).Mortem616 wrote:

That's another good idea I've not thought about. I mentioned food because of my autism (atypical Asperger's).eblf2013 wrote:
As a fellow ADHD, there's a couple things that have helped me:
If you have something pending to do, DO IT before playing osu!
Read your emotions, don't play if feeling hyper or feeling any strong emotion, wait till you feel better.
Learn to notice when you're getting distracted, and react as fast as you can when you notice it.
Get rid of maps that you don't play.
Play with 100% background dim and a simple minimalistic skin. You might also want to disable the in-game interface by pressing Shift+F10.
as you can see above, they are pretty reliable, still the OP could've asked someone else irl i supposeking hammer wrote:
