need help with osu!

I had been playing osu! on my pc for several months. then when i moved files from one drive to another osu! seems to be realy slow. I tried downloading a newe copy, same result. my computer is an 800mhz amd duron with 320MB ram. even though it does not meet min. specs it played just fine until moving files. please help.

How much free disc space do you have on the new drive?

Also, try defragmenting.

The HDD read speed might factor into it, as well. Specs of the two hard-drives might be useful

I doubt that should matter much. Even 1 MB/s should be fast enough to play osu! quite well. (Initial loading times may be long but audio streaming is in the tens of KB/s range.)

Unless, of course, another application is sucking away all your disk activity stuffs.
