Ancient display chipset makes me mad
Those laggy spinners and sliders always force me to miss
If the loading time of sliders and spinners can shorten,it would be much better

no, get a better PC
you're under specs if you can't load spinners and sliders correctly.

If you have a bad chipset, GET A NEW CHIPSET.
Loading time is not the problem, it's your PC's problem that it can't handle the game correctly.

You could go into options and turn off Snaking sliders. Turn off combo fire and other effects, and switch to 640x480 windowed resolution if you haven't already. Beyond that, there's nothing to be done.

Also, make a new skin with 1x1 spinner graphics.
