I keep releasing late, and when I want to release early I cant, its still too late and sometimes just goes way too early. I have tried changing skins and all, and nothing worked.

it generally makes LN easier to read (sometimes significantly) for many people, and it may also help you release more on timenotesthe thing in common with all cheater/percy/cut/short/whatever LN skins is that the LNs appear to end before they do; they can have whatever ending you want (pointy, fade, nothing, etc.)
they also vary in the length by which LNs are shortenedthe technique (some details omitted)it's essentially just placing a transparent segment at the end of a very long LN body image
you can configure the skin to make the game render the LN body by tiling the unstretched body image repeatedly from the LN tail until the LN head is reached (this is usually used with a short tileable image)
the gap at the end of the body image is what creates the shortening effect (the game starts rendering at the LN tail and renders the transparent part first)
the image must also be very long (or tall, if you will) so that the game does not tile the image; if it did, the transparent part would show up again and it would look like there's a release in the middle of the LN
