I need a tool that'll help me get all my notes exactly at the time they should be at. I tried to install ArrowVortex, but some dll was missing and I'm not looking to bother anyone in the StepMania community with that.
For missing DLL you can just screenshot the error and try to look up Google for the download.
There's a workaround for timing: press T right on the downbeat (or the most important beat). That way you can get the closest you can get before changing the offset and BPM accordingly by put the playback rate to 25-50% and adjust to sync with the music.
