Add an option to ignore PF & SD in mod-specific scoreboards

This is a feature request. Feature requests can be voted up by supporters.

Title says it all, but here's a reason: these two, Perfect and SuddenDeath, contribute nothing to a score result and may be omitted when one views the ranking for active mods. This will help players to see their place in the rankings more correctly.

Support and star, this renders the mod-specific scoreboards next to useless.
