It's pretty common that you'd need a break between sessions, and it depends on the person for how long you'd need. Your body processes improvement in different ways, and it needs time to fully compile all that training you did in the first session. Some people need a few hours, other people a whole week maybe. If that's you, I'd suggest taking those multiple day breaks as it not only helps your improvement, but also your health and risk of injury. If you really want to play every day, focus on a different skillset every day. Think of it like the gym: you'd get nowhere by only doing bench press for a whole week, which is why you'd separate the days into arms, chest, legs, back, etc. Do the same for osu, except with jacks, JS/HS, accuracy, LN, etc. That way you can improve every skill at the fastest rate. Again though, just do what you think you need to do, and just keep that info in mind!
