I now play 1366x768 fullscreen on a 4:3 CRT monitor at 140Hz.
I'm playing on full screen with a resolution of 1920x1080.
854x480 windowed 1920x1080 monitor
1600x900 borderless windowed (same as fullscreen)

@Espionage724: That kinda breaks the background image/video, doesn't it?
