just the title, i've read some threads here about wrist pain and the typical answer "just take breaks" when the actual pain came when i started to take breaks and this is incredibly common now.
also, the ADHD is just destroying my performance, i was able to do dense and large jumpstreams but my stamina just died and im tired of not being able to overcome this
i need help

What position are your hands in? Your hand position can greatly affect not only your performance but your wrist/hand health as well

its an average position i guess, i mean, i didn't had problems with my left hand getting tense as fuck until i startes to take breaks to "skillboost", i followed some recomendation on the forum aboput taking breaks, at first it was great, until i started to feel this pains

how the fuck i "fix" my left hand, i got hard fingerblocks and my wrist pains

second the post above and I'd also add that when you experience stamina disappearing, being unable to warmup or something, you probably should play a bit less (and even if you do so and it doesn't help, trust me - forcing yourself when your hands "don't want to play" won't work either).
I learned this pretty recently, when I tried to get my peak speed back by grinding speed oriented files for like 2 weeks and I only ended up becoming worse at them. and it was somewhat similar to what you describe, it was like my hands were already tired when I barely started playing. but after I decided to stop grinding and reduced my average session to like an hour, my skill quickly came back and I even improved a bit. and my hands only get tired after intensive playing, just as it should be.
