I have a lot of fun playing this game but it's gotten to the point where most songs on normal difficulties are too slow for me and many song on hard or above are just too fast for me. What should I do?????? Also, I know my play count is super low but most normal songs really are too slow for me now.

Improve.
This is know as a plateau, where you've gotten good enough to play the game but can't compete on the higher level. Happens to every person, but what you need to do to overcome it is playing difficult songs your not used to and constantly analyzing what you need to improve on and what you did wrong. I could go on but there's loads of this information on google because it applies to most things universally.
I had a similar problem a few months ago, except it was with hard modes and insane modes.
Now i can full clear hard modes, and complete insane modes (of course not the lunatic ones).
All i did was play a lot more and continued to challenge myself. (including practice)
Pick a hard mode song that you are struggling with; put on "No fail MOD" and practice your heart out.
Eventually you will be able to beat it and many other hard modes.
