In The Groove skin

"In the Groove 2 is a dance/rhythm arcade game made by Roxor and is the sequel to 2004's In The Groove. It was officially released to arcades on June 18, 2005''
This skin was converted from Cel noteskin, and mixed with some Simply Love assets.

This skin has more than just normal textures, there are extras Judgements, LNs, Lightings and Note colors. The notes are all animated.
