so I wanted to Play at 90% dim background but when I Play there's like a constant flash that happens during the map, how can I take it off? is it my skin? or do I have to change something in the game files?
It should be the hit lighting during kiai. Open your settings and seaech for "open current skin folder". Find a 1x1 pixel image and name it as "lighting".
