Like, I don't have supporter. But I just want to make some fun maps, sometimes I make maps it just said upload limit around 1-4 I think. Is there a upload limit?

Initially the limit is 4 maps, but you can free up slots by waiting for at least 28 days without updating to move to Graveyard.
The upload limit also depends on the number of ranked maps you have (by that I mean YOUR RANKED MAPS, not the one you can simply favorite and call it a day) but I don't think you should care about it much by now.
