The answer is what's comfortable for you. I personally use qw[]. So do try that, I guess.

BUT, consider trying qw89 (numpad)

as;' for 4k - good 60% keyboard binding, spread out and good elevation
TAB qw space jkl for 7k - good positioning for spacebar and having TAB is just a personal preference since i want my ring finger to quickly get stronger
