How do you edit mp3s to make a songs compilation?

if you want to make it sound professional you might want to use a daw or potentially audacity.

most daws are kinda pricy though, but you could look up reaper or lmms for free alternatives (not entirely sure if they can do the job, since I haven't tried them, but I imagine they should work)

just google reaper daw or lmms daw

fl studio should definitely do the job if you're willing to learn how to use it, but it costs quite a bit of money.

you can do this very easily in Audacity and you can also add fade in/fade out between songs if you want it to sound nicer

audacity is a simple program and is good for starters but if youre wanting to make smooth transitions between songs in some cases you may need fl studio or some other daw because you can do some cool stuff with them
