If you are newer to the mapping scene then mods will not be much use to you because they are meant to find and remove problems from already decent maps; as a newer mapper, it is expected that you will have problems throughout the whole map and asking for mods will result in a giant list of mistakes that is both unhelpful and demotivating. A better option will be to directly ask an experienced mapper for feedback which explains a problem and/or concept and how to fix and/or apply it in your maps.
