4.host mapper need to map more than 1 diff (collab count as 1/n of a diff (n is the number of mapper involve in the diff) (exception is made for high quality stuff)
4.nothing lower than 90 secs in drain time

6. tell me your favourite mapper to show that you read the rules
7.1 map per people (reset everytime i reopen the queue)
8.if you ask for hype make sure you have less than 5 hypes already
