look, everyone wont have admin rights to school electronics. but i thought mapping tools woudnt need admin rights because it said "portable" but it requires dotnet which requires admin rights, how do i get over this?

The dotnet core runtime can be downloaded portable. You should be able to just drag and drop the "Mapping Tools.dll" onto the "dotnet.exe" file to run it.
