Remove the "Cut Ver." rule for repetitive songs.

Hello, So I think that that the "Cut Ver." rule is pretty annoying when it comes to repetitive songs, for example: DnB songs that repeat like 4 times the same thing. If it's a cut ver it makes the mapper look lazy when the thing is just that it would end boring to map the full ver if you want an E/N/H/I(X) set and boring to play if the set manages to get finished by copy pasting the parts.

So I think the "Cut Ver." rule should be removed.... at least for this
Also, it's my first ranking criteria change request and it might be stupid lol

most full size songs have repetitive elements? doesn't change the fact that the mapper cut the song to an unofficial length

I'm talking about songs that are literally the same for the entire song

fwiw, songs that loop can have just one full loop and not have cut ver. added to title. that's about as far as it goes though, since most full songs will have at least some variation in between the repetitiveness.

making exceptions for specific songs would inevitably create loopholes, since defining which songs are "repetitive enough" to not include the cut ver. marker (aside from literal 1-to-1 loops) would be hard without some people trying to push how far it goes. it's too much effort for what it's worth.

my opinion is that Cut Ver. is Cut Ver. It's just a few people (inside and outside the BN team) that need to change their ideas on Cut Ver. maps.

?
or is this not what you meant

I don't think a stereotype/stigma is remotely a valid reason to change Ranking Criteria.

The (Cut Ver.) marker exists to indicate to a person that a map is using an mp3 that is artificially shortened (in a way that doesn't match official media). Its purpose is far more important than the concern that a handful of the people are going to make an assumption because of its presence.

i agree but that example is kinda................eh.....................
Dialect
i think it has good intentions but at the same time, it would really be inaccurate metadata wise, with the only purpose of getting bns easier
