It's really rare to see someone use one hand. I can confidently say there is less than 200 people actually considering it and even less actual players. There isn't enough people using it for rankings to matter.

Idk why you would want to use 1 hand in the first place. There isn’t anyone that I know of who unironically plays 4k with 1 hand. But if you have fun with it, no one’s stopping you. Go have fun
