I've been stuck for about year now, went down the ranking 40k places and I can't find a way to progress, any tips?
I mostly play 4k and 6k

Don't attempt 4*+ -- yet. It is both way above your capabilities and unrewarding.

Try your best to get 700,000+ on 3* maps (800,000+ is even better).

Or start mapping. *shameless brag*
