I've encountered way too many obscene/inappropriate avatars since I started checking

I thought it would be nice if that were to be added

Mostly because things has also changed with how they are being handled from now on.

Upvoting because reasons. People using obscene avatars should know that this is a public forum (rated E for everyone... even if some BGs are quite questionable) and thus should respect the rules.

well how about adding notifier 'don't post any 13+ rated image' notifier when you make a user ID?
