So, I've always been a fidgety person IRL, and it obviously and eventually moved onto o!m for me throughout my gameplay;

And here comes this unstable rate which, is probably pretty high and I'm not sure if there is anything I can do about this really, would be nice if someone has some tips. My unstable rate is highest on jumpstream/handstream maps, but it's still pretty high on other skillset maps too

I always just practiced MA on lower star maps or jumpstream files on low rates. I also noticed I get better ratio and UR when I tap a bit harder and focus on the notes individually. A part of my brain wants to vary the taps for some reason, so trying to just get in a rhythm and try your best to not get out of it might help as well. The only other thing I can think of is that jack files help with getting into that rhythm and "feel" for good UR. Naturally, it's easier to acc jack files but they do help get that mindset for other types as well.

Hmm so I might be just on the right track; I'm currently trying to improve on MA on lower star jumpstreams. I'll give tapping harder a try though, I'm used to tapping lightly and also trying to focus on every individual note from doing speed files, I'll try moving on some of these things onto jumpstream files and see how I do; I'll also try some jack files and see how it goes, thanks !
