The packs section of the osu website is very much biased towards standard, so you'll only find a few mania packs in there. On the other hand, if you want a large amount of 4k-7k maps that are ranked, I'd recommend going here: community/forums/topics/330552?start=4176678
This post will take you to a Google drive where you can download every ranked mania map for every year, so it's a decent way to get yourself started! Unfortunately, there aren't a lot of themed packs for mania, so if you're into that stuff you'll have to search out good maps for yourself. You can also filter maps on the beatmap listing and download the most played/favorited mania maps which'll give you some of the essentials. Whichever way you go, good luck on the journey!
