How to change the circle size from 0 to 10

I saw many beatmaps that have 10 cs or 0 cs, I want to do that but the map editor can only change the circle size from 2 to 7.
Pls help me

click on file in the top left menu, click edit .osu in notepad, find "CircleSize" under [Difficulty], edit to desired value
