While editing one of the skins, I came across a problem that I just can't remove the author's nickname above the life bar. Who will give advice, I will be grateful.

You would need to edit the "scorebar-bg" image file using Photoshop or something similar.
The only solution is to use any editing software such as Photoshop or GIMP to remove so.
If you're lucky, the skin owner would have a spare that has no name on it.
