Would someone be able to convert this skin to osu?

I have been playing quaver and it's fine but I like osu for other reasons too. The problem is I like my quaver skin way more, so I'd like to convert to osu if possible but I have no clue how to.

just go to my profile page, i have a lot of mania skins in there.

also, i do have skins in quaver, so feel free to check them out.
