Timing Help

So I mapped the whole song just to realize the timing is off. could anyone fix the offset, please? I'm so bad at it.

I think 3,809 is a better offset for the first redline.

Heres a timing point section you can replace in your .osu file so you dont have to resnap all the other red/green lines

imo based on how you mapped it I don't see a reason to split the BPM, just makes mapping harder and messes up time signature (and nightcore). i'd only have 1 timing point (186) and yea the offset i got is very close to wither, 3806.
