I'd like to play osu on a 500x800 resolution but I don't see any options in game for that. Is there a way to do so?

1. open osu! folder
2. open osu![computer user].cfg
3. scroll down and look at the width and height , change it to the preffered value
4a. open osu
4b. if you just opened osu! restart it

for that [ ] its the user of the computer of what you are using

Thanks! If I change the resolution will that effect the gamefield in any way, or are the ratios the same for all resolutions?

The playfield will remain in 4:3 for standard.
