uplug/disconnect your internet then, everyone else manages fine with playing offline. Perhaps try Mc!osu, has lots of training features and is completely separate from osu! as its not developed/associated with peppy and his team.
I always use scorev2 when I don't wanna submit scores and it works perfectly for me.

That's how I still managed to keep my ranking a "no-digits" in osu!standards while playing.
Note: No fail doesn't affect the scores multiplier too if you activate score v2.
