How do I make sliders more interesting?

I want to be able to put some red notes in sliders for sharp corners but I can't figure out how to do that.

I also want to make the slider repeat it self with the return arrow, but I can't figure that out either.

If you want to make interesting sliders, I highly advise you read this guide to start t/37194
Afterward, try looking at sliders you like in the editor to see what slider points were needed to make it.

As for the basics, putting 2 gray points on top of each other makes a red point.
If you go to the timeline, grab the end of a slider, and move to the right, the slider will form a repeat
To add more points to an already made slider, select the slider, hold ctrl, and click somewhere near the slider line to make a gray point spawn.

Great thx for the help, it's hard when you can't find any basic mapping guides on the forums.

Also, I want to be able to put in some circles or whatever in between the beats. I have Slider velocity at 2 and tick rate at 4. I still need to put in some notes between the beats. Is there a way?
BTW, BPM = 160

Also, is there a way to make a note (in my case, the spinner) completely silent?

Completely slient spinners are unrankable, but you can make an inherited timing section for the spinner to make it quieter.
As for adding notes it sounds like your beat divisor is not precise enough. Change the beat divisor on the top right to 1/2 or 1/4 (You might need to hole ctrl or shift to see it)

Don't go overboard with different slider shapes. Focus more on making interesting patterns, which would make good use of a few types of sliders.

All kinds of things can be done with arcs of varying length and tightness on their own. Add a few lines and waves to the mix and you'll have more than enough variance. As long as the rhythms are varied and interesting, you won't need to worry about gimmicky sliders all of the time.

My beat is 1/4 but I need it at 1/8 in some parts of the song. However I've only made like 10 seconds of it yet, but I know it'll come.

Am I on the right track? I need to split up some combo's (right now they're all the same) and ad a background and such, small details. It's actually in the very first part I have the spinner. In editor mode there's no sound, but in song mode it kinda kills the intro. :/

I also need an idea for the intro bit after the 10 seconds as I kinda don't know what I could do to match the music ?

Not in the mood to download the map right now, but why not try a slider for the intro. You can even choose not to map it at all if you like. Also another way to get ideas is check is there any other versions of your song in ranked or pending (assuming your song is somewhat known).

Also, feel free to use 1/8 if required, but make sure that the BPM is right since 1/8th should only be used with drum rolls or fast piano pieces.

Last off, the guide I linked shows you how to submit your beatmaps.
