Can't Upload a Beatmap...

Ok when I try to upload a beat map it says: "An error occured: You have exceeded your submission cap(You are allowed two total beatmaps)" I dont understand. Could someone help me out?

You've uploaded two beatmaps.

You can't upload another one until one of the first two gets ranked or goes inactive for four weeks.
