You can upload pictures at up.ppy.sh for free without registration - you can then include images in your posts by enclosing them in [img] tags, or just click the img button in the post editor and paste your link in between the tags that appear in your post.
If you can't be bothered to include screenshots with your skins, don't be surprised when people can't be bothered to download your skin in the first place.
Also, please do not create threads to request skins. Check the skin compendium to see if your desired skin already exists, or you could always try making one yourself!
