I was going to show my friend my beatmap progress, but i haven't updated it, so my dumb brain thought of clicking update map to the latest version(on the left side of the screen) and it got outdated to the version that was the previous one and i lost all my progress, is there any way to fix it?????

If you've hadn't made a local save before updating, then unfortunately you can't regain your lost progess.
